Job Description:
You’ll be creating learning solutions to up-skill employees in accessibility, inclusion, equity, justice, and more. You’ll work with subject matter experts to develop learning solutions, conduct needs analysis, and leverage existing resources to design scalable blended learning solutions, develop facilitator guides, job aids, and evaluation strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement new hire/onboarding curricula that will optimize ramp time, and improve quality
• Sustain, update, and refresh training curricula for ongoing operations
• Develop and manage project plans that successfully deliver promised results
• Communicate with the global learning experience team and design operations learning teams to sync the learning process
• Manage milestones and drive releases to on-time delivery
• Identify process improvement strategies to expedite the production of training curricula or improve the quality of materials being delivered
• Ensure alignment or maintaining/upholding cross-regional learning standards
• Maintain a dashboard of all project statuses, completion goals, backlog items, and metric tracking for visibility across the organization
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in high growth organization where you were tasked with using data to drive learning decisions
• Demonstrated knowledge of DEI themes, anti-racism, accessibility, and inclusion
• Clear and effective written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• A personal portfolio linked on the top of your resume (please share a sample of e-learnings or anything relevant you’d like to share pertaining to this role)
• Knowledge of different e-learning formats and ability to recommend the best approach based on the uniqueness of each situation
• Background in adult learning and instructional design
• Familiarity with design thinking, UX, visual design, and/or video production preferred
• Superior organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Ability to be self-directed and take initiative in tackling problems big and small
• Experience working on a global team
