Qualifications: BE/MCA
Experience: 5-7 Years
Shift Time: 3 PM – 12 AM IST (Flexible)
Work Location: Indore only
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Desired Job Attributes:
- Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer with C#.NET, ASP.NET Web Forms (ASPX), Web API, and basic web services (SOAP/REST).
- Hands-on with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)).
- Experience with SQL Server with writing queries, joins, updates, stored procedure debugging, and script execution. Proficiency in TSQL query writing in SQL Server.
- Experience with Angular JS.
- Knowledge /Hands-on experience on Databricks, PySpark.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) and support workflows.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Working experience in support environment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Attention to detail.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 and Level3 support for .NET-based applications involving Web Forms and APIs.
- Troubleshoot issues related to application errors, user reports, integration failures, or data mismatches and can perform data fixes using SQL scripts after proper validation and impact analysis.
- Apply code changes or patches to resolve bugs in ASPX pages or API layers.
- Review logs, trace error flows, and work closely with dev teams to understand application behavior.
- Participate in deployments, patch validations, and smoke testing of fixes in pre-prod and prod environments.
- Document troubleshooting steps, issue patterns, and fixes in the knowledge base.
- Maintain ticket hygiene and ensure SLA adherence for assigned support tasks.
- Proficient in SQL query optimization, stored procedure development, and data integration across diverse sources.
- Knowledge of Databricks, Pypsark to Provide operational and technical support for Databricks-based data pipelines.
- Identify root causes of failures and implement long-term fixes. Document supports runbooks and maintains knowledge base for recurring issues.
