We have been a leader in the contingent workforce space within MSP programs since inception. We are looking to expand our Business Development Team to assist in our continued success. A stellar candidate must have an interest in technology with the skills to build relationships and the ability to manage multiple accounts while developing new business.

Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities to fuel our growth
- ~ Create and prioritize strategic target account lists
- ~ Research and build new and existing accounts
- ~ Schedule appointments (calls or in person meetings) for US Strategic Account Executives via cold calls/emails
- ~ Research target clients, understanding your audience
- ~ Correspond with prospects via email as needed
- ~ Follow up and reschedule any missed appointments
- ~ Work within a ATS system, logging data and intel each day
- ~ Provide regular updates to Executive Management
- ~ Attend team meetings
- ~ Other duties as assigned by Executive Management
- ~ Should be open to travel to attend staffing conferences and meet clients in person
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- ~ Understanding of the MSP Process
- ~ 3-5+ years within a staffing/MSP and sales environment
- ~ Strong knowledge within MSP/VMS
- ~ Experience working with VMS tools (i.e. Fieldglass, IQ Navigator, Beeline, WAND, )
- ~ Strong customer service orientation
- ~ Enterprise level prospecting experience
- ~ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, team environment
- ~ Mapping client hiring plan details and developing sales plans accordingly on his/her assigned Accounts
- ~ Result oriented, high emotional intelligence, restless and willing to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions
