Job Description:-
This role focuses on sourcing, assessing, and hiring top-tier techno-functional talent for our manufacturing and automotive clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both technical and functional roles within these industries, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in techno-functional recruitment, with a focus on manufacturing and automotive sectors.
- Specialized in sourcing and screening candidates by leveraging advanced Boolean search techniques, utilizing advance tools for skills assessment, and conducting structured technical interviews to ensure alignment with job requirements.”
- Specialized in detecting fraudulent profiles by analyzing inconsistencies in personal information or in a candidates employment history, and employing advanced tools to validate authenticity.”
- Experienced in maintaining regular communication with candidates, ensuring they feel valued and informed throughout the hiring process, thereby fostering strong, long-term professional relationships.”
- Who can consistently achieve both quarterly and monthly submission and revenue targets by implementing strategic planning and diligent execution.”
Technical Expertise: Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), engineering processes, and industry-specific technologies.
