Support Specialist

Job Description:

• Develop Python scripts using basic python libraries
• Write sql queries based on the scrnarios
• Own the support process
• Interface with BPMN rule engines
• Develop event based loosely coupled system
• Knowledge of React would be preferred
• Part of a team that has end-to-end ownership of microservices
• Participating in architectural, design, and product discussions
• Working in an agile environment
• Monitor the logs of the system and cron jobs
• Data loading in DB using python scripts

Work Experience and Skills required:

• 4-6 years of experience with Python coding skills
• 4+ years of hands-on experience on python based microservices
• 6+ years experience on writing SQL queries
• Have hands on knowledge of working with Rest API
• Have knowledge of support process and good debugging skills
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, docker, helm, and other deployment concepts will be an added advantage
• Concrete understanding of relational databases (i.e., PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of how to consume RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of dynamic programming concepts will be an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of git
• Knowledge of data engineering is a plus
