Position: Senior Marketing Data Scientist

Pay Range: $65 – $70 per hour on W2

Location: Remote, PST

Contract Duration: 12 months

Overview:

We’re seeking a Marketing Data Scientist to develop and optimize customer audience models for targeted marketing and event campaigns. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data-driven strategies, analyze customer behavior, and deliver insights that influence product and marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build customer segments and models using relational databases.
• Conduct data discovery and create documentation for diverse data sources.
• Analyze trends, test hypotheses, and provide actionable insights for business growth.
• Partner with stakeholders to inform marketing, product, and strategic decisions.
• Measure campaign and product success through forecasting and key metrics.

Requirements:

• Experience in building data pipelines and Python
• 5+ years of analytics experience using SQL
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Sisense, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
