Data Scientist

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to develop an intelligent chatbot. This chatbot will assist users with scheduling and order details by leveraging data stored in MySQL databases. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in natural language processing (NLP), AI-driven problem-solving, and data science techniques to build an efficient and scalable chatbot solution. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and optimize AI-driven chatbot solutions using LLMs and RAG techniques. 

• Implement retrieval-based and generative AI approaches to enhance chatbot responses. 

• Work with MySQL databases to extract, process, and analyze data for chatbot interactions. 

• Develop custom embeddings and vector search techniques for improving chatbot accuracy. 

• Fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific knowledge related to scheduling and order management. 

• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy scalable AI models in a production environment. 

• Continuously improve chatbot performance by leveraging user feedback and analytics. 

• Ensure data security, privacy compliance, and adherence to industry best practices. 

 Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field. 

• 3+ years of experience in NLP, machine learning, and deep learning. 

• Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Llama, Mistral, Claude, etc.) and RAG-based architectures. 

• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and OpenAI API. 

• Strong knowledge of MySQL database querying, indexing, and optimization. 

• Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, etc.). 

• Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, and retrieval mechanisms. 

• Experience in deploying AI models using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in building AI-powered chatbots for e-commerce, logistics, or customer service. 

• Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning transformer models. 

• Understanding of MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI models. 

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize AI pipelines.
