Job Overview: 

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with foundational Data Engineering experience to work on a high-impact project for our client. The role involves building a lightweight yet robust UI layer over data-intensive backend systems. Ideal candidates will be proficient in modern frontend development, with a strong preference for those experienced in Python, Django, and HTMX frameworks. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and develop frontend interfaces for data-driven applications. 

• Collaborate with backend and data engineering teams to integrate UI with complex datasets and APIs. 

• Develop, test, and maintain features using Python + Django + HTMX. 

• Ensure responsive, secure, and scalable frontend architecture. 

• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices in UI/UX and software development. 

• Communicate effectively with onshore (US) counterparts during overlapping hours. 

Required Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development. 

• Proficiency in Python and Django for web development. 

• Experience with HTMX or other modern frontend frameworks/libraries. 

• Basic understanding of data engineering workflows, pipelines, and backend systems. 

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. 

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based data platforms. 

• Experience in building dashboards or data visualization layers. 

• Exposure to RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, and caching mechanisms.
