Job Description

• We are looking for a High Skilled and Experienced IBM CM Administrator who will be
  responsible for various installations, upgrades of IBM ECM ecosystem, IBM Content
  Navigator, Case Manager, Websphere Application Server, IBM Datacap, IBM Content
  Navigator etc. He should have experience in working with DB2 as well.
• Bachelor’s Degree in CS or allied engineering streams.
• The candidate should have 5-7 years of experience and should be a good team player.
  Responsibilities
• Installation, Configuration & Management, Technical & feasibility study for
  Implementation, Deployment support of IBM CM 8.7.0 Enterprise Suite
• Responsible for creating clusters including Horizontal and Vertical Clusters, cluster
  members to implement, High Availability, Work Load Management and Fail Over for
  Content Manager
• Configured JDBC Drivers, Data Sources and Connection Pools on Websphere Application
  Server to connect the J2EE components with DB2
• Securing Websphere Admin Console, Configuring LDAP user registries and Adding LDAP
  groups for various roles like Administrator, Monitor, Operator etc.
• Deployed applications (WAR, EAR, and JAR) through the deployment scripts and
  Administration Console in various environments like Development, UAT & Production on
  Websphere Application
• Build the IBM CM Platform on Azure Cloud
• Administration of Webshpere Application Servers on Windows as well as Linux
  environments.

Primary Skills

• Worked on the below CM Tech Stack
  o IBM Content Manager 8.7.0++
  o IBM Content Navigator
  o IBM Websphere Application Server (Windows + Linux)
  o IBM Records Manager.
  o IBM Case Manager.
  o IBM Business Automation Workflow
  o IBM Datacap
• Experience on Azure Cloud Services
• Experience with Monitoring Tools like Splunk, BMC Remedy, Datadog and Azure Native
  Monitoring tools

Desired Skills

• Support to Server Team for Windows OS Patching and Linux Patching and assist them in
  Troubleshooting and Diagnosis
• Document Migrations and Data Migration from environment to another
• Handled large magnitude of volumes of documents.

Experience Level

• The candidate should have 5-7 years of experience and should be a good team player
